Night Auditor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be solely responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.

**Duties**:

- Conduct the audit process to verify all revenue from the day is accounted for
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with security procedures during the night shift

**Skills**:

- Strong guest relations skills
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Knowledge of phone systems and etiquette
- Familiarity with hospitality management practices
- Experience in guest services is advantageous

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
