Winvian Farm, our beautiful Five-Diamond luxury resort located in Morris CT, is seeking a full-time Guest Assistant. Our 18 unique cottages on property serve a wide variety of clients offering individualized room packages. Winvian Farm is a luxury resort experience like no other. We are a Relais & Chateaux small luxury hotel located in the Litchfield Hills, about 100 miles northeast of New York City. Our staff is dedicated to exceptional guest service above all else.

Job description

**Position Summary**: Join our team as a Guest Assistant and help provide our guests with extraordinary service through taking hotel reservations, checking guests in and out in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, or organizing guest excursions and/or activities on and off site. Living accommodation may be available if needed.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: Starting at $17.00 per hour

Profile description

This position requires a flexible schedule, working rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

1-2 years of hospitality experience is preferred.
