S&H Cabinets is a commercial millwork company. Our Projects are based out of Southern California area counties. We produce Custom Cabinetry/Millwork for Hospitals, Schools, Labs, Churches, Commercial buildings.

**Position Overview**:We’re looking for a full-time Machine Operator with experience in Nest CNC, Point to Point CNC, & Beam Saw with Cabinet Making experience.

Employee will work full time in our shop in Fontana. Workload will include but not limited to setting up and running SCM Morbidelli n200 CNC Nest, machining single parts on a SCM Morbidelli m100 P2P CNC, Cutting parts on Beam saw. Installing Doors/Drawers/hardware onto cabinets when needed. CNC programs are created by our engineering department, some edits are required sometimes therefore being able to make minor adjustments will be necessary by operator. Other duties, assignments and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of management. We need an employee that is able to work at different areas when required, we are a cross trained shop. Any experience with cabinet assembly is a PLUS.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Consistently be at work Monday - Friday 8 hour shift (5am - 1:30pm), with some overtime as required.
- Ability to interpret drawings and follow directions to achieve design intent
- Work independently with little or no direction while achieving completion date/Time
- Working knowledge of Woodworking CNC machines
- Knowledge of CNC tools / Operator maintenance
- Use Manual tools throughout the day as required:

- knowledge of 32mm System cabinets
- Knowledge of different types of materials: Particle Board, MDF, Veneer Core, Wood types, edge banding, Plastic Laminate
- Notion of Grain matching Doors / Sequence Paneling
- Sanding wood when required
- All types of typical cabinet hardware
- Any Cabinet Making experience, Construct Wood Fillers, Soffits, Separate Bases, miscellaneous wood products is a huge plus

**Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)**
- Must be able to communicate effectively in speaking and writing English.
- Spanish speaking is a Plus
- Read & interpret Drawings.
- Operate CNC Machine
- Knowledge of editing gcode
- Use tape measure, inches & millimeters
- Knowledge of Inches, Millimeters, Angles
- Working knowledge of Plastic Laminate
- Familiar with Woodwork Institute Standards
- Zero tolerance for Alcohol and Drugs (including marijuana).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Basic math and reasoning skills.
- Punctuality, Dependability and Reliability are critical.
- Well organized and able to manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to give 100% to achieve company goals

Pay: $21.00 per hour
