Generations Geriatric Mental Health has been a regional provider of geropsychiatric services in New Hampshire for almost 30 years. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health and cognitive issues common in older adults. Our team provides personalized, integrative care to residential care facilities (long term care, skilled nursing, assisted living) across Southern New Hampshire.

The **Clinical Support Associate** at Generations:

- Oversees the scheduling and coordination of provider visits with patients at the facility
- Reviews the patient's chart/obtains report from facility staff in preparation for the provider’s visit and completes data entry of information into the Electronic Health Record
- Serves as a liaison, coordinating information between providers and facilities, patients, and other key personnel
- Provides telehealth support as needed

Qualifications for the **Clinical Support Associate** position:

- Training as a Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, or Licensed Nursing Assistant
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records/Average typing ability
- Knowledge of medical and behavioral health terminology
- Ability to communicate with physicians/colleagues, facility staff, families, and patients efficiently, effectively and professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel to facilities, i.e., have a valid driver's license and means of transportation
- Willing to obtain required vaccinations, i.e., influenza vaccination
