Dance Teacher

Job Overview:
Specifically, we are looking for weekend instructors for beginner/intermediate classes of all styles, and a hip hop specialist qualified to work with intermediate and advanced dancers. We are always looking for guest artists to challenge our advanced dancers in various styles throughout the year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement dance lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Instruct students on proper dance technique, movements, and routines
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Create and set choreography for studio recitals and performances

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in dance instruction or performance
- Knowledge of dance technique for the appropriate skill levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels
- Professionalism and ability to effectively and respectfully manage a classroom a must

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 4 per week
