Janitorial Supervisor of Area (Orange County)

BMS is looking to hire a Janitorial Supervisor of Area with experience and valid CA driver license. Must be bilingual read, write, speak english / spanish. Monday through Friday evening shift 5pm -2:30am. Occasional weekend work maybe required.

Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and even in listening. Must have good interpersonal attributes. The supervisor must be someone that gets along easily with people (easily approachable) Must be outstanding when it comes to organization and coordination of both humans and their activities. Excellent decision-making ability is a must-have. Must be proactive in the line of duty. Must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a team, and most importantly, lead a team. Should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines/principles

**Requirements**:

- good communication skills

- able to schedule own monthly/quarterly/semi monthly jobs
- complete payroll
- take corrective action
- issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitors when needed
- place supply orders for accounts when inventory is low
- responsible for overseeing the work activities of janitors within his/her division
- train employees
- inspect waxers work and equipment

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
