**Title**: DBT Facilitator

**Position**: Full-time, Non-Exempt

**Hours**:8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

**Pay**: $24.00/hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide consistent and ongoing support to youth in a non-judgmental and professional manner through group sessions and one-on-one.
- Ensure groups are delivered in accordance with curriculum.
- Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
- Attend all DBT sessions, as well as DBT relevant meetings.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across the care team including with Primary Therapist, Care experience Specialist, Crisis Managers and Care coaches.
- Collaborate with Human Service Worker (HSW), Individual/Family Therapist, AODA Therapist, other providers, and parents to reach desired outcomes for each youth assigned, Individual/Family Therapist, AODA Therapist and other providers to reach desired outcomes for each youth assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- HS Diploma or equivalent - Required.
- Previous experience working with adolescents and families.
- Individuals must be able to interact at a comfortable, confident, and effective level with at-risk youth and their families
- Possess the ability to manage and work well with deadlines and authority.
- Detail and team oriented with a willingness to take direction, learn, and commit to ongoing growth and development.
- Must have flexible schedule in order to work around the needs of the youth, Advisors, and changes at the detention center.
- Must be passionate about the benefits of groups and skilled in conducting groups.
- Must be creative and engaging
