Position Overview:
We're currently seeking an experienced Earthwork and Grading Foreman to lead our

passionate team. As a foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth

execution of our earthwork and grading projects, maintaining our high standards of

safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and direct daily operations on the jobsite.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and the crew to ensure timely

completion of projects.
- Maintain and promote a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all

safety guidelines.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and tools

needed on-site.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are equipped with the

knowledge and tools to perform their tasks.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Resolve on-site issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in earthwork and grading operations.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing crews.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, safety precautions,

and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Pay: $1,700.00 - $1,900.00 per week
