**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Alarm Technician to join our team. As an Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing alarm systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate and timely service of equipment as directed
- Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for technical sales
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure adherence to safety standards
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of NFPA and fire protection equipment
- Ability to use instruments and tools for diagnostics and repair
- Strong technical sales aptitude
- Smart, dedicated, professional, and client-oriented
- Understanding of commercial and industrial maintenance practices
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
