We are seeking a strong and dependable host/hostess, greeting and welcoming customers. Ensuring that all our guests have a pleasant, memorable experience.
- Make memorable first and last impressions
- Smile & have genuine conversations with Guests
- Coordinate the wait and seat Guests with a sense of urgency
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact. (help guests to hang the jackets when they arrive, and put on jackets when they leave.)
- Informs guest of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff.
- Promptly answers incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
- Manages the flow of Guests into the dining and bar areas, provides accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate and control the crowd
- Tends to special guest needs and requests.
- settle cash payments for servers.
- Observes guests’ needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service (i.e. notice a drink refill is needed while seating another guest and ensures the drink is refilled prior to getting back to the door).
- Reach out to guests that have special occasions, gather their full names and print guests names on omakase menu of the date.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (required)
