**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**

Associate degree required or two years of medical appointment scheduling experience in a healthcare facility or six months of internal Mayo Clinic experience in the hiring work unit. Proficiency in anatomy, physiology and medical terminology preferred. Must have clerical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must demonstrate well-developed leadership and customer service skills. Must demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills. Must possess strong conflict management skills and the ability to independently problem solve. Must possess sophisticated skill sets and experience in specific areas such as ever changing technology and business practices.
