Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mentor to join our team. As a Mentor, you will provide support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

**Duties**:

- Provide one-on-one support and mentorship to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and social skills
- Support individuals in daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Administer first a
- Promote resident rights and ensure a safe and respectful environment**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and social work principles
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations related to care for individuals with disabilities
- Ability to drive individuals to appointments or community outings (valid driver's license required)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals and their families
