Sales Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products (insulation, gutters & closet shelving) to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.
**Duties**:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales, preferable but will train.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
