**Responsibilities**:

- Develop basemaps from diverse data sets, including GIS, PDF, aerial mapping programs, and creation from scratch using field notes.
- Generate comprehensive construction drawing sets for permit acquisition, encompassing plans, profiles, typicals, restoration plans, site photographs, and traffic control plans.
- Create accurate project as-builts.
- Participate in occasional field survey work.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Experience with Microsoft software: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office 365(Plus).
- Proficient use of Adobe Acrobat for handling PDF documents.
- Familiarity with web conferencing tools such as Webex, GoToMeeting, and Office 365.
- Ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet project delivery dates.
- Detail-oriented approach to work.

Qualifications:

- Educational background in a related field is preferred, with relevant certifications a plus.
- Prior experience in the telecom construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Salary**: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
