Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and lead kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate food preparation, cooking, and presentation activities
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with front-of-house (FOH) staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement and enforce kitchen policies and procedures
- Strong background in food service, including bartending, catering, or restaurant experience
- Proven experience in team management within a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food production techniques and best practices
- Proficient in food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Familiarity with inventory control processes in a culinary setting

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
