We are well established, private practice in a beautiful office with state-of-the-art equipment. Including digital radiographs, intra-oral cameras, icat, E4D, and itero. Full mouth intra-oral photo with SLR camera for patient presentation at Consultation.

Our friendly Group practice dental office with multiple specialists is seeking a dental treatment coordinator with experience with PPO insurance, although we are phasing out from insurance very soon.

**Full Job Description**:
Our patient pathway to health starts with **you**. At the Consultation, a triangle of the patient and Doctor and you with the full mouth intraoral photos with DSLR camera for educating the patient will be available for the treatment plan.

**Qualifications**
- Treatment Coordinator: 3 years (required).
- Basic knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office, Dentrix.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Ability to be organized and have excellent time management.

**Duties include**:

- Monday to Friday 8-hour shift. Must have Excellent communication skills, poise, and professional appearance.
- The morning huddles will be vital by providing up-to-date information and care for the case acceptance.
- Self-confidence to ask a patient to enroll in a treatment plan and ask for the patient to commit to a payment arrangement and achieve the yes.

**Experience**:
The Treatment Coordinator will present treatment plans to patients, answer phones, schedule patients, and collect payments. Must have a friendly personality, confidence, and fast learning.
