Position:Barista and Cafe Manager

What We're Looking For**:

- A talented barista with a love for crafting exquisite coffee and a warm customer service approach.
- A natural leader who can manage and inspire our cafe team.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced cafe environment and has excellent multitasking skills.
- A coffee connoisseur who is passionate about sharing their love for coffee with our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft delicious coffee beverages and maintain quality standards.
- Train and lead the cafe team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and scheduling.
- Ensure top-notch customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to the cafe's success through your passion and commitment.

**Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista and in cafe management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of coffee, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team and maintain operational excellence.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
