**Position Summary**:
The **Reimbursement Supervisor **is responsible for supervising a team of reimbursement specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Along with:

- Manage the reimbursement process for private pay collections and facility type payers.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue collection and minimize delinquencies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and billing guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding reimbursement activities and outcomes

**Shift**:
Full-time, Day Shift (40 hours per week)

8:30am - 5:00pm

Hybrid Role

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare setting
- Minimum 2 years experience leading/supervising staff in a healthcare collections or billing setting
- Minimum 2 years experience with goverment compliance or payer audits preferred

**Education**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. College preferred
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language
