**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring utmost satisfaction for clients
- Educate clients about our range of services, offering comprehensive information and guidance
- Facilitate the enrollment process for customers, guiding them through each step with clarity and efficiency
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions and transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English (proficiency in a second language is highly valued)
- Demonstrated strength in customer service, coupled with excellent communication skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively
- Authorization to work in the United States

Pay: $850.00 - $1,500.00 per week
