We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Cold Spring Hills. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and managing the nursing staff to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care
- Assess the needs of residents and develop care plans
- Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create a supportive and efficient work environment
- Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to patient care

**Qualifications**:

- Current RN license in NY
- Proven experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care setting (preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- CPR and ACLS certification (preferred)
