Landscape Foreman/laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team in. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a crew in various landscaping projects. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, tree care, and lawn care will contribute to the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers in daily tasks and projects - Plan and execute landscape installations, including planting, and hardscape construction - Maintain and enhance existing landscapes through regular maintenance activities such as mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control - Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and tools - Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations - Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget constraints - Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures Experience: - Proven experience in landscape maintenance, including knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and lawn care practices - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small hand tools - Knowledge of tree care practices including pruning techniques and disease management - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and vendors - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions If you have a passion for creating beautiful landscapes and possess the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
