The Director-Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading financial statement budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and other key global strategic initiatives that drive the long-term financial success of the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

- Develop and lead the financial planning processes, including quarterly forecasts, annual budget and annual strategic planning
- Partner and support business leaders with expense, capital expenditure and headcount planning
- Manage the sales operations function supporting the Global VP of Sales with sales planning and reporting, sales quotas and commission administration
- Collaborate across the organization to develop ROI and product P&L analysis for current and future product and service offerings
- Own financial reporting for internal management processes including P&L, KPIs and variance analysis
- Support the implementation of software solutions to facilitate improved financial planning and reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue capture and profitability through pricing changes and cost reduction efforts
- Drive implementation and adoption of scalable business processes
- Manage and develop a team of high performing finance professionals
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics required
- MBA strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting

Salary $195,000 max: Bonus 15% DIP annual target w/ 401k + Benefits
