**SALARY RANGE**

$42,776.81 - $47,054.49 Annually $1,645.26 - $1,809.79 Biweekly

**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reviews and recommends administrative policies, procedures, guidelines, and related directives to be implemented throughout the Residential Facilities.

Monitors and evaluates operational functions and activities to ensure compliance with federal, statewide, and facility-wide standards, regulations, protocols, and operating procedures.

Identifies any potential problems or deficiencies. Investigates, assesses, analyzes, and makes recommendations to resolve issues and problems.

Provides direction and assistance to facility staff in the oversight and operation of residential service programs and responsibilities.

Consults with facility administrative staff and program managers to resolve programmatic, administrative, and operational issues and problems.

Performs firsthand, on-site analysis of operational problems of service implementation and follow-up of corrective action plans and procedures.

Directly supervises and monitors the activities of the Residential Services Supervisors to ensure their duties are completed in accordance with required state, federal, and Medicaid standards.

Conducts preliminary investigations of resident incidents and abuse allegations. Acts as a liaison and conducts routine meetings with assigned groups to enhance the operation of the facilities. Provides Qualified Intellectually Disabled Professional (QIDP) coverage as necessary.

Processes’ Worker’s Compensation Claims and ensures Supervisor’s Accident Investigation Reposts are completed accurately and submitted timely to the Worker’s Compensation Coordinator or designee.

Coordinates, develop, and distributes the ISP/IDT schedules.

Monitors home staffing ratios and assists with staffing issues or after hour emergencies.

Provides training to the facility staff to ensure effective delivery of residential services, to include supports for the safety, health, and welfare of the residents, and assure compliance with the appropriate rules and regulations.

Ensures staff compliance with mandatory training.

Performs other related duties as required.
- A valid Florida Driver’s License.
- If hired with an out-of-state license a valid Florida State driver’s license must be obtained within 30 days.
- Corrective Lenses Restricted license are acceptable provided the driver wears the corrective lenses while operating a state vehicle.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in a health-related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supervising staff.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a medical, psychiatric, nursing, or childcare setting, or working with developmentally disabled persons.
- Experience working with developmentally disabled persons may substitute for the bachelor’s degree on a year-to-year basis.
- Must be willing to perform essential services before, during, and after an emergency.
- Must be willing to work beyond the normal work schedule to maintain minimum coverage levels and meet the needs of the Agency.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position frequently and occasionally move about within the campus of Tacachale to access other staff, buildings, and materials.
- Ability to speak and hear clearly.
- Have manual dexterity (i.e., use of fingers, hands, and arms).
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, crouch, reach overhead, stand, and walk on an occasional basis.

**Ability to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.**
