**Core Responsibilities**:

- Acknowledge and greet every guest as they approach the bar
- Take beverage orders from guests or wait staff and serving drinks as requested
- The ability to safely, carefully and properly make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Prepare and serve a selection of beer, wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and standards.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest
- Prep, stock and maintain workstation according to company specifications
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events
- Be able to educate guests on the beverages you are serving at each event
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiency
- Work harmoniously and professionally with the whole Rebellion team
- Always serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and never over serve guest

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- 2+ years of experience working as a bartender
- Certification as a mixologist from a reputable bartending school preferred
- Experience with whiskey, bourbon and craft beers is preferred
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and familiarity with standard drink recipes
- Alcohol certification and Serv Safe a plus
- Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure is a must
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 20-pound boxes and stand for an 8-hour shift
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts - Friday, Saturday, Sunday is a must.
