Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain social media accounts
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as an Administrative Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel)
- Experience with data entry, proofreading, transcribing, front desk duties, and standard receptionist tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.79 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
