Dispatcher/appointment Center

**Job description**

Pipe Works Services is looking for a highly motivated individual to serve on our team of Dispatchers/Customer Service Representatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments for service technicians
- Dispatch service calls efficiently and effectively
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routes and schedules
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service appointments
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and appointments
- Utilize GPS systems to assist in dispatching and tracking technician locations
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
- Utilize computer skills for data entry and tracking of service requests
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

**PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY. Previous office **experience in the HVAC**/PLBG industry is preferred.**

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
