**_Position Intro:_**

Santé is seeking a **Full-Time Mobile Crisis Specialist (Overnight) Monday-Friday (in office) **to join our frontline crisis intervention team in **Easton,** **MD**.** **As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you will make an unprecedented impact on your community by working directly with clients to address their needs, assist them in crisis situations, and design treatment plans.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform assessments and crisis intervention, including de-escalation and crisis planning.
- Co-respond with law enforcement officers to crisis situations in the community
- Effectively communicate clients’ needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
- Serve as a liaison for collaboration with families, friends, and local partners.
- Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agency’s services.
- Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
- Provide clinical supervision to colleagues on the overnight shift.
- Audit case records for quality assurance.

**What We Require**:

- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study (MSW, MA, MS) and two (2) years related experience.
- Current licensure in the state of Maryland LCSW-C/LCPC. (_Santé will assist with fees or licensure transfer)_
- Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.
