NeuroSpa Therapy Centers is a multidisciplinary mental health service organization that focuses on the overall mental health of individuals to promote enhanced well-being and function. We specialize in providing a vertically integrated solution for Mental Health patients including general psychiatric services as well as the latest in cutting edge procedures including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), IV Ketamine and Spravato therapies for the treatment of major depressive disorder.

**Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Participate in the clinical intake process by greeting and assisting patients.
- Answer inbound calls and provide feedback in an informative, compassionate manner.
- Administer TMS therapy under the direction of the clinical Medical Director/TMS physician (certified training provided).
- Monitor patient and address any issues to ensure treatment accuracy and comfort.
- Be an ambassador for TMS therapy by working to improve the quality of life for our patients suffering from the conditions treated at the center.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be comfortable with all aspects of patient communications.
- Passionate about patient care with emphasis placed on caring, sensitivity & empathy.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Previous experience in a mental health (clinical) office preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of copay and collection practices.
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
- Collaborative working and team building skills.
- Awareness of routine office (open/close) procedures.
- Physically able to walk, stand, stoop and bend.
- Visual and auditory dexterity.
- Bilingual a PLUS.

**Work Environment**:
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, electronic fax and electronic filing.

**Expected Hours of Work**:
This is full-time position located in Tampa, FL.

Initial two weeks of training on a Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm basis at one or more of our 6 locations as designated by the Director of Operations.

Following the training period, the position will continue at the assigned location with flexible shifts to cover our 7:00am - 7:00pm business hours (i.e., 7:00am - 3:00pm; 11:00am - 7:00pm or other approved variation).
