Café Attendant

**Friendship Village Tempe is seeking a Café Attendant to join our team Part Time

**Starting Pay**:$16.49 to $18.14/hr (employees are not allowed to accept tips)

**Schedule**:3:00pm-7:30pm must be available to work on weekends and holidays

**SUMMARY**:Provide high quality, caring services to residents and guests at meal times and special events. Maintain food services areas in a neat, clean and sanitary manner. Interact with residents, guests and co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner and make extraordinary impressions on all patrons at all times.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience as a café attendant and some knowledge of Barista experience is desirable Customer service and cash handling experience is desirable

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**:
Must acquire a food handler's certification from the local Health Department within 30 days of hire
