**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Accept payments in cash, credit, or check
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products or services
- Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure amounts are correct

**Experience**:

- Previous cashier experience at restaurant preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to operate electronic cash registers and POS systems
- Experience in electronics, appliance, technology, jewelry sales is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Knowledge of stocking procedures is beneficial
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Strong selling skills to promote products effectively
