Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You will oversee quality inspections, implement quality management systems, and ensure compliance with FDA regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems
- Train employees on quality standards and procedures
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other applicable industry standards
- Oversee supplier quality management and perform supplier audits
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency

**Skills**:

- Strong project management skills to effectively lead quality improvement projects
- Proficient in quality inspection techniques and methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and industry standards
- Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
- Ability to fabricate, analyze, and interpret data for decision-making purposes
- Excellent understanding of quality management principles, practices, and tools
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Pay: $64,698.71 - $77,916.72 per year
