The **Nonprofit Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager (SED & Medicaid) **at ACDS ($45M organization) is an exciting opportunity, at a pivotal moment in the Agency’s history, for an energetic and creative finance professional. The **Nonprofit Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager (SED & Medicaid)** will bring an array of competencies to advance the mission, vision, and values of ACDS.

1. As **Nonprofit Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager (SED & Medicaid)**, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire billing and collections process (SED, Medicaid, Fiscal Intermediary, Food Stamps, etc).. Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

2. Reporting to management regularly on the status of accounts receivables, billing, etc. Analyze key performance indicators and provide insights that support strategic decision-making and financial planning..

3. Supervising the day-to-day operations of the billing department (currently comprising of 2.5 billing staff). This involves setting priorities, and monitoring progress to ensure that billing and collection activities are completed efficiently and on time.

4. Establishing and maintaining billing and collection tracking policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations and data privacy requirements.

5. Be able to both manage and assist in the change of billing systems, mandated by the state.

6. Effective collaboration with other departments is essential. Work closely with the fiscal team, and operational teams to coordinate billing activities, address billing-related inquiries, and ensure alignment between departments for smooth operations.

7. Expertise and/or working knowledge of Medicaid, State Education Department and Fiscal Intermediary billings is preferred.

8. As NR&AR Manager, you will contribute to cash flow management by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.

9. Oversee internal and external audits related to billing processes. Collaborate with auditors, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 10+ years of processive experience in nonprofit billing, with a focus on Medicaid, State Education Department, and Fiscal Intermediary billings.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing billing teams and driving results in a fast paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of nonprofit billing regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of billing operations.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:
