Front Desk

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a front desk coordinator
- Passionate about the health & wellness industry.
- Basic knowledge of aesthetic services: laser hair removal, body sculpting and wellness/optimization procedures such as Testosterone Replacement Therapy, PRP injections.
- Excellent phone skills
- Good listening skills
- Trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, have exceptional attention to detail and work independently
- Ability to complete tasks on-time with accuracy
- Respectful of client privacy and understands discretion (HIPAA)

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Interact with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner at all times
- Provide enthusiasm, empathy and overall warm hospitality for all clients
- Check clients in and out of appointments, obtaining consent forms, pulling charts and filing
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm upcoming appointments, and make follow up calls
- Update practice CRM system and client electronic records with accuracy
- Address and troubleshoot client concerns and complaints
- Assist with marketing tasks (local events, social media platforms etc
- Assist in disinfecting and preparing the treatment rooms between clients to keep appointments running on time
- Collecting and handling payments
- Stock brochures and replenish office supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the facility daily (sanitizing, disinfecting etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Lisle, IL 60532: Relocate before starting work (required)
