Hardscape Foreman

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage Landscape Construction Crews in stonework projects while directly providing support on the job site
- Works closely in conjunction with Landscape Construction Production Manager
- Complete hardscape projects according to the estimate bid in conjunction with accurate and timely data entry in our mobile software device
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- Drive a truck with a trailer safely
- Proper use of equipment, machinery and materials safely
- Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required
- Support in snow removal operations seasonally

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the landscape industry
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hardscape installation (paver patios, retaining walls, steps etc.)
- Experience in installing various hardscape designs, masonry installation and using large machinery
- Experience in supervising/leading a team
- Exhibit professionalism on and off job site
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. safely
- Valid driver’s license in good standing (required)
- Willing to train the right individual

**Schedule**
- Monday-Friday
- Weekends as needed during peak season

**License and Experience Requirements**
- Valid Driver’s License
- Hoisting License (not required but a plus)
- CDL (not required but a pluss)
- US work authorization (required)
