Job Title: Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPCU) Nurse

Job Summary:
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Monitor and assess patients' cardiac status and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on cardiac disease management and prevention
- Perform cardiac monitoring and interpret rhythm strips
- Assist with cardiac procedures and interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during difficult times

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac nursing
- Knowledge of cardiac medications and treatments
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
