**Authority**:
The Social Media Content Creator reports directly to the COO to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives.

**Key Result Areas - Objectives/Activities**:

- **Content Creation and Curation**:

- Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and values.
- **Audience Engagement and Growth**:

- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
- Implement strategies to increase follower count, reach, and engagement across platforms.
- Monitor trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and maximize impact.
- **Brand Consistency and Voice**:

- Maintain brand consistency and voice across all social media channels and marketing communications.
- Develop and adhere to a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually cohesive content that resonates with the target audience.
- **Campaign Development and Execution**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required);
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a social media content creator, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
