Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:

- Strategic Program and Event Development: Leading the creation and execution of innovative esports programs and events, from conceptualization to the final execution, ensuring they align with the latest industry trends and our company's vision.
- Operational Excellence: Overseeing all aspects of event planning, operational setup, and execution, ensuring seamless operations, the integrity of the experience, and adherence to the highest standards of excellence. - Team Leadership and Event Staff Management: Building, training, and leading a high-performing event staff team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and alignment with our strategic goals.
- Scaling Programming and Curriculum Development: Expanding our esports programming and curriculum, ensuring it remains cutting-edge, accessible, and impactful for our target audiences, including scholastic and community-based initiatives.
- Community and Partner Engagement: Engaging with the esports community, enhancing partner communications, and fostering relationships that drive our strategic objectives and community presence.
- Local and Scholastic Program Engagement: Leading efforts in local engagement, sales strategies, and developing scholastic programs and leagues to nurture emerging esports talent and partnerships.
- Sponsorship and Partnership Activation: Developing and managing meaningful partnerships and sponsorships, negotiating deals that benefit all parties, and ensuring successful activations that enhance our brand and community engagement.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Duties**:

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with client objectives
- Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Oversee event setup, including decor, audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangements
- Coordinate with external vendors to secure necessary services and equipment
- Conduct site visits to evaluate event spaces and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the event
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and implement effective solutions
- Evaluate event success based on attendee feedback and key performance indicators

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Doylestown, PA 18901: Relocate before starting work (required)
