**We are currently looking for a General Clerk to join our 2nd Shift team**

**The Employee will be responsible for but not limited to**
- Maintain inventory records.
- Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
- Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust the system as necessary.
- Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged products.
- Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Wages at $19.00 per hour with an annual increase possible
- Plus $1.00 shift differential
- Eligible for production and attendance bonuses
- The schedule will be Monday - Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Weekly pay available
- Overtime available based on customer volume

WHAT WE SEEK:

- Previous General Clerk experience and Forklift experience for the machines listed below:
PC = ELECTRIC PALLET JACK 17
SP = ORDER PICKER 7
- Must be detail-oriented, and a team player
- Must have some Microsoft Excel experience
- Must be able to work the schedule listed above
- WMS experience

**Role Purpose**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manually prepares purchase orders for signature.
- Answers telephones, conveys messages, and runs errands.
- Operates various office machines, opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
- Maintains the site’s files
- Conducts limited research.
- Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
- 0-2 years related experience, preferred
