- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Load and unload equipment, ensuring all items are securely fastened during transit.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and address any special instructions.
- *Installation Duties:*
- Assemble and install fitness equipment at customer locations, including but not limited to treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and weight machines.
- Test equipment post-installation to ensure it is functioning properly and safely.
- Provide customers with a basic demonstration of the equipment’s features and proper use.
- *Customer Service:*
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all customers.
- Address any questions or concerns customers may have regarding the equipment.
- Collect customer feedback and report any issues to the Logistics Manager.
- *Maintenance and Safety:*
- Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles and report any issues.
- Follow all safety protocols during delivery and installation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and equipment. Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 100 lbs) and perform physical tasks related to installation.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in fitness equipment delivery and installation.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and its usage.
- Certification in fitness equipment maintenance or a related field. Working Conditions:

- Flexible work hours, including weekends and evenings, may be required.
- Travel to various locations for deliveries and installations.
