**Position**: Fitness Sales Associate (Part-Time)

**Company Overview**:
HOTWORX is the first ever 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers its members a variety of virtually instructed exercise programs. Our members achieve their fitness goal through our 3D training concept, which consist of: Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise. Our exclusive workouts are led by a HOTWORX certified virtual instructor in one of our infrared saunas, in which you will be guided through each 15-minute HITT, or 30-minute Isometric session. Our studio offers unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Iso, Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, and many more, suitable for all members of all fitness levels.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

If you answered YES, then HOTWORX Riverview Bloomingdale is looking for you to be a part of this innovative fitness concept.

The Fitness Sales Associate will assist the General Manager in overall membership experience for our clients as well as:

- Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and delivering a legendary customer service experience.
- Assist in establishing culture within the facility that prioritizes helping members feel and look their very best.
- Greeting, answering questions, and providing guidance to all individuals entering the studio.
- Assist in performing various task to promote the HOTWORX brand through social media on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Sell retail merchandise to members
- Maintaining an immaculate fitness studio with a focus on cleanliness and operational excellence.
- Goal Driven & eager to exceed sales quotas

**Basic Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Proficient computer and technology abilities
- 3 References required

**Compensation**:
We provide substantial paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, a free studio membership and product discounts.

$13.00 per hour plus commission (Uncapped: You control what you earn)

Opportunities for growth

**Work Requirements**:
20-25 hours weekly

Hours of operation: Mon - Thurs 11am - 8pm, Fri 9am - 6pm & Saturday 11 - 4pm **(schedule can vary during presale)**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
