**Job Title**: Sit-Down Forklift Operator

**Shift Schedule**: 3/4 (3 days on, 4 days off) from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Hourly Pay**: $20.00 per hour

**Location**: Lower Buckeye / Cotton Ln.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Forklift Operation**:

- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials to prevent damage or injury.**Loading and Unloading**:

- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
- Secure goods using appropriate equipment and ensure proper stacking to prevent damage during transportation.**Inventory Control**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to supervisors.**Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.**Schedule Compliance**:

- Follow the assigned 3/4 schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse setting. Double forklift attachment experience. (3+ years prefered)
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is crucial for this role.
- Background and Drug Test: Successful completion of background and drug tests is required.
