Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a **Non-Destructive Etch Technician** to join our growing team of industry leading professionals. Learn to conduct daily Etch tests in accordance with company approved procedures while paying close attention to safety and project timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily Etch logs in accordance with written company procedures
- Process parts per Element procedures and/or specifications
- General knowledge of chemical processes performed at EMT
Conduct Chemical additions
- Maintain related test equipment and tools in good working condition
- Must be willing to work in a fast paced production environment

Skills / Qualifications:

- High school Diploma or equivelent
- Etching metal plating experience a plus
- Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements desired
- Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community
