**Job Summary**:

- Assists in planning and carrying out recreational programs, group activities, special entertainment, special holiday events and religious activities.
- Document activity participation in electronic record. Works scheduled days, including rotating weekends.

**Qualifications**:
EDUCATION: High School education or equivalent.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Willing to be trained in recreational planning and development. Two years of experience working in a recreational program and dementia training preferred.
