**SAMPLE DUTIES**:

- Work with a cross-functional team to meet design specifications
- Evaluate and provide improvement recommendations to existing training materials
- Write, develop, and design multiple types of learning materials, which may include e-learning, instructor-led, simulations, case studies, and multimedia
- Provide updates and finalized training materials within required time frames
- Update training materials as needed or requested by client to improve the effectiveness of training

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be able to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance
- Work must be performed within the United States
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field
- Knowledge of or previous experience working with 508 Compliance
- Minimum of 8 (eight) years of professional experience in instructional design
- Demonstrated knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models to create effective learning exercises
- Experience designing and developing various types of learning materials
- Must be an excellent communicator and able to work with a cross-functional team
- Must have proficiency in instructional design software, learning management systems, authoring tools, and multimedia tools
