**About this role**:
**This is a dynamic position that supports the daily administrative functions of the Human Resource department of a $3+ billion in assets credit union. This team member is central to multiple key processes needed for HR.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaison for employee and manager questions relating to a diverse range of HR topics.
- Draft required documentation for onboarding, offboarding, status changes and off cycle adjustments.
- Ensure appropriate record retention of employee files, pre-employment documentation, policy acknowledgments, and disclosures.
- Order, track, and monitor all federal and state, remote and in-office employment posters.
- Coordinate facilities needs for all operations locations.
- Coordinate HR workflows by updating shared tools and resources.
- Prepare internal communications for employee awareness, including knowledge base content.
- Collect, verify, and prove all HR vendor invoices to send for final approval and payment.
- General knowledge of ACA, OSHA, EEOC, ADA, PDA, ERISA, HIPAA, PRWORA, IRCA I-9, FLSA, USERRA, GINA Title VI, ADEA, and FMLA preferred.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other HR functions, as assigned.

**Who you are**:

- HR related experience, minimum 1 year required.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
- High level proficiency with Microsoft suite of products.
- Value a people first mentality and personalized service.
- Strong organizational skills and a high-level attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain agile and innovative.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

- In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the b_ase hourly _range for this position is _**_$23.50 - $25.50_**_, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package._
