Watercraft Rental Agent

We are hiring rental agents to staff the boathouse at LCA next to The Ole Country Store.

Duties include assisting customers with paperwork, ensuring customers are equipped with personal floatation devices, and help with any watercraft needs the customer has. If hired, you must be willing to take a boating course and potentially use a jet ski to help folks that may need assistance out on the water. (Subject to training and approval from admin.)

Lake Culpeper Adventures is part of the Town of Culpeper parks. All regulations are set by the town and the rental agent is responsible to enforce them.

If hired, you will an employee of The Ole Country Store, but will work in conjunction with staff from the Town of Culpeper. Meals and drinks are provided.

This is a seasonal and weather dependent job. Must be able to be flexible with start times if inclement weather is present. Normal operations are from mid May

Normal hours are 8a-7p. Monday-Friday.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 55 per week

Compensation package:

- Hourly pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
