**HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) REPRESENTATIVE**, _Sloan School of Management_, to provide complex and diverse administrative support for the Sloan Human Resources Office. Responsibilities include maintaining files for all current and terminated staff, processing personnel transactions, maintaining databases, composing and editing internal correspondence; developing and using broad understanding of policies and procedures to respond to inquiries in a timely manner; creating spreadsheets, reports, and presentations; organizing and scheduling meetings, reserving rooms and ordering food when needed; assisting with school-wide events such as the annual appreciation awards and luncheon; coordinating the visiting student process; updating and maintaining internal website content; monitoring and ordering office supplies; coordinating and supporting projects in HR operations; and performing related duties as requested.

**Job Requirements**
**- REQUIRED_: high school diploma or its equivalent; three years of administrative, office, or related experience; advanced computer software skills; good judgment, discretion, and diplomacy with confidential/sensitive information; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; initiative; flexibility and openness to change; ability to anticipate and prioritize effectively; a proactive approach to projects, problem solving, communication needs, and planning; and demonstrated ability to own and follow through on tasks. _PREFERRED_: bachelor’s degree. **Job #24155-5**

Hourly rate: $25.00 - 29.00, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
