**Role Overview**:
A Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals with a specific emphasis on individuals with experience in clinic or outpatient environments. They will utilize their expertise in recruitment strategies to identify, engage, and hire top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct recruitment experience with a focus on healthcare recruiting preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
