**Job Title**:Retail Agent (Budtender)

**Pay Rate**:$17.00/hour

**Location**:Eliot, ME

**Schedule**:Full-Time

**Department**:Retail

Sweet Dirt is an Adult Use Cannabis Business located in Portland, ME. The Retail Agent is responsible for assisting managers in day to day functions at the Portland, ME Retail facility. Retail Agents have the opportunity to play an integral role in representing the brand and providing impactful customer support.

**Duties**:

- Complete Duties including: retail sales transactions, customer service, inventory management, cash management
- Assist in the receiving and inventorying of all incoming cannabis orders
- Assist in the labeling of cannabis containers
- Perform Customer Service duties, assisting customers whenever necessary
- Ensure marijuana waste is properly recorded and disposed of
- Ensure inventory is properly handled and maintained
- Follow all established SOPs and ensure compliance is met
- General maintenance and cleaning

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Must be 21 years of age, or older as required by the Maine OCP
- Able to pass all background checks as mandated by Maine OCP
- Experience using a POS system
- Retail Cannabis experience is preferred
- Experience in a fast paced, high transaction environment
- Attention to detail and desire to produce a high quality product
- Basic weight and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
- Able to complete tasks in a timely manner and meet quotas
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must be available for overtime, including weekends and holidays

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8-hour shifts
- Repetitive use of hands and fingers

**Schedule**:

- 8 Hour Shifts
- 30 Minute unpaid lunch
- Both weekday and weekend shifts

**Payment Schedule**:

- Bi-Weekly
