We are a 30yr old Marble company that handles hi-end residential services to contractors in NYC, Philly & Florida. Looking for an individual that can work with our project management team and provide support to ensure the success of the project. Must be proficient with ProCore, Microsoft & CAD.

RESPONSIBILITIES of a Project Manager:

- Scope review and project organization
- Cost allotment and budgetary review
- Material review and approval process - lead time constraints
- Submittal package and material submittals
- Maintenance and documentation of submittals
- Receipt/organization of drawings and related documents
- Design/Scope Review with Design Department
- Direction for and documentation of material purchases to Purchasing Department
- Maintenance of shop drawing submittals and organization of approvals
- Scope changes / drawings redlines coordination with Design Department
- Documentation of changes
- Submittal of and documentation of approval for change orders if applicable
- Scope review with Regional Field Manager
- Site Coordination, in conjunction with GC/Owner and Field Manager
- AIA Billing and documentation with coordination by Finance Department
- Organization / documentation for receipt of materials
- Coordination of finalized drawings (nesting/ field measurements and related documentation for approvals in conjunction with Field and Design Department
- Coordination of fabrication drawings and priority of fabrication of materials in conjunction with Design and Production Departments
- Site coordination for delivery, receipt and installation of materials
- Documentation / oversight / review of changing site conditions

*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment, working both collaboratively and independently, to meet deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.

**Procore & CAD proficiency a must..**

Salary commensurate with experience as well as an excellent benefits package.

**Salary**: Based on experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
